Meet Oksana Lidke
PMHNP-BC, PCNP-BC, DNP | Founder & Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Oksana Lidke is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 20 years of experience in healthcare and more than 15 years specializing in psychiatry.
She has worked across a wide range of settings, including hospitals, outpatient clinics, community mental health programs, and home-based care. This breadth of experience informs a practical, grounded approach to outpatient psychiatry.

Meet Dr. Smith
Dr. Don Smith is a board-certified adult and child psychiatrist specializing in the true integration of psychopharmacology with psychotherapy. Dr. Smith has always been interested in how the physical affects the mental and vice versa. Staying true to that notion he obtained a Bachelor’s of science degree in both psychology and biology from the State University of New York At Binghamton. At Michigan State’s College of Human Medicine where they used the biopsychosocial model is where he received his Medical Degree.
Dr. Smith entered private practice in 2003, with a focus on providing psychoanalytically oriented, cognitive-behavioral, and supportive psychotherapy in combination with medication management. Dr. Smith is experienced in the treatment of a variety of psychiatric conditions with children and adults, including mood disorders such as depression and bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, adjustment reactions, psychotic disorders children behavioral disorders, and the care of psychiatric conditions in those with developmental disabilities.
